Founded on Our Love of Healthy Living

As someone who has a great love of food, I really enjoy making food as fresh as possible, that means making most of what me and my family eat at home whenever possible. Healthy eating is not only good for your body, it is also easy on your wallet.

That is what drove me to create the Pure Quality Cheesecloth range.

As well as making Cheese, I really enjoy making Almond milk using our

Pure Quality Cheesecloth, which means I can offer my young son a healthy and delicious snack, which he enjoys very much and feeds his body with very good nutrients and nourishment.

Pure Quality Cheesecloth has many uses including:

• Cheese making where one or two layers of fabric is used to wrap the cheese allowing it to breathe because of the small holes in the Fabric

• Straining where the Cheesecloth is used to press yogurt to product thick Greek style creamy yogurt.

• Herb and spice sachet where the herbs and spices are tied into a piece of cheesecloth fabric and the sachet is inserted into the pot of soup or stew to be cooked. Once the soup or stew is cooked, simply lift out and remove the sachet and enjoy the full flavour of the herbs and spices without the hassle of having to fish out the floating herbs and spices.

• As well as the culinary uses, Cheesecloth can be used around the house for cleaning, polishing and in painting projects
